This salsa is quick to make and is very good with pork adobo.
Ingredients
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
10 sprigs cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 tsp bagoong (Philippine shrimp paste)
2 1/4 tsp palm vinegar (rice-wine vinegar will work)
1/2 tsp sugarMix ingredients well, adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with Pork Adobo.
