One of my family’s favorite recipes – spicy hot with black beans and peanuts.

Chicken about 1/4 lb chicken per person ( can be whole chopped into pieces (boneless) or boneless breasts)

For the sauce, mix and set aside (on a per person basis):
1 “good” tsp black bean sauce
1/2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 Tbsp chile sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 Tbsp sherry
1 tsp sugar
2 cloves of crushed garlic

Other ingredients:
1/2 cup peanuts per person
8 chile peppers per person
green pepper, chopped
green onion , chopped

Cook chicken in oil until white. Remove. Drain oil, keeping 1-2 Tbsp. Fry chile peppers until black. Add sauce and cook 15 minutes. Add everything else. Serve over rice.
